UP THE DOWN-STAIRCASE
OUR MOST INTENSE TRIP YET. But you, your skilled pilot and
1,000+ horsepower hydrojet boat will prevail.
In safety and comfort , you'll go where,
until recently, only chinook salmon
and steelhead could...as far upriver
as any powerboat can go.
Passengers may pack a picnic lunch for themselves if they wish. However, reasonably priced meals are available at a wilderness lodge in Agness. Menus are available in our office and reservations may be made at the time of ticket purchase.
Tour boats from Gold Beach provide the only jet boat access to the federally designated "Wild Section" of the Rogue River. The Rogue was designated as one of the original "Wild And Scenic Rivers" in the 1968 Wild and Scenic Rivers Act. The Rogue is divided into 3 sections, recreational, scenic and wild. The recreational section includes some development (homes, cabins etc. and the wild section being the most primitive with very little development and no road access.
